Roles And Responsibility

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Primary point of contact for key clients
    • Build long-term strategic relationships
    • Understand client business objectives and challenges
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Account & Delivery Ownership
    • Own end-to-end project delivery
    • Ensure scope, timeline, and budget adherence
    • Manage change requests and contract compliance
    • Track SLAs and KPIs
  • Business Development & Growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support proposal creation and RFP responses
  • Drive revenue growth from existing accounts
  • Expand account footprint
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively
  • Mentor project managers and delivery teams
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Ensure skill development
  • Financial Management
    • Track revenue, margins, and costs
    • Optimize utilization
    • Approve billing and invoices
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Run governance meetings
    • Prepare executive reports
    • Manage escalations
    • Align internal and client stakeholders
  • Risk & Quality Management
    • Identify project risks early
    • Implement mitigation plans
    • Ensure delivery quality standards
    • Conduct periodic audits
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop account growth roadmap
    • Forecast revenue
    • Support long-term partnership strategy
    • Short version (for JD / Resume)
    • Manage client engagements end-to-end
    • Drive revenue and account growth
    • Ensure delivery excellence
    • Own financial performance
