The practitioner actively monitors progress, manages resources, and facilitates communication across diverse teams to maintain project momentum and deliver successful outcomes.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency across teams.
