  • Is an Individual contributor responsible for identifying customer impacting issues, finding and implementing solutions
  • Own program specific goals around SLA, quality and productivity
  • Manage stakeholder communication & requirements. Ensure that business processes are well documented and continuously updated.
  • Work with product and technical teams to build and improve the tools and technology to support the process.
  • Define, measure and present operating metrics to senior Management.
  • Responsible for identifying customer impacting issues, finding and implementing solutions.
  • Responsible for escalating issues on a need basis such as spike in volumes vs. forecast, issues in projects, escalations from publishers/customers etc.

A day in the life

  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and data integration tools.
  • Effective attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools, spreadsheet software, and content management systems.
  • Ability to mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use judgment when working in stressful situations
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, mathematics, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to influence internal/external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes/initiatives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth analysis to understand the product

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
