The Opportunity

Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. It also involves building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. The role includes auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards, as well as reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. The work is closely supervised, and the problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. The role involves explaining facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Handling material deviations within HVDC Valve Manufacturing according to established processes.
  • Responsible for creating well-structured non-conformance reports to suppliers for material that does not meet specifications.
  • Perform incoming material inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvements.
  • Perform monthly follow-up on deviations within your area of responsibility in HVDC Valve Manufacturing.
  • Coach and support the organization in quality-related matters.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Driven and curious, with a constant focus on quality and strong attention to detail in all assignments
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of risk awareness
  • Customer-oriented approach with pride in delivering high-quality results
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically related to Manufacturing and Quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
