Production Operator

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Inspect quality parameters of raw materials and maintain records in compliance with EHS guidelines and raw material safe storage practices.
• Perform routine quality testing of raw materials.
• Maintain proper documentation of test results, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and laboratory records.
• Calibrate all QA laboratory equipment and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production and R&D teams for quality improvement activities.
• Identify non-conforming products and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal and external audits and meet customer quality requirements.
  
  

• Experience in reputed Adhesives, Sealants, or Chemical manufacturing industries.
• Experience in handling and troubleshooting laboratory equipment such as pH Meter, Dynamic Viscometer, Kinematic Viscometer, UTM, Hardness Tester, and Thermal Analysis instruments.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
• Understanding of ISO documentation and quality management systems.
