Production EngineerSummary:
To lead the daily Plant operations in the areas of EHS, quality, production and implementing continuous improvements initiatives in coordination with Team members, and cross functional teamResponsibilities Include:
- Manage day-to-day operations to effectively deliver quality product, production schedule attainment and also strict adherence to EHS requirements.
- Implement the continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of Quality, Safety, Cost and People.
- Monitor and measure the variance and implement the approved action.
- Participation in internal and regulatory audits and ensure follow up actions, Initiates and documents change controls as appropriate.
- Coordinate all change management activities in the area.
- Working with Team members and maintenance team on prioritizing the Maintenance work
- To ensure all Operations are carried out as per the Company's Safety Norms & ensure adherence to Company Quality & EHS procedures and policies
- Sound knowledge in DCS/MES, Process Trouble shooting and Manpower management.
- Utilization of SAP and Lean tools
- Review, verify, and authorize HRA SWP's to ensure all hazards are identified, controls are implemented, and work is conducted in compliance with MPM Management system requirements

Qualifications:
- B.Tech (Chemical engineering) with 5-9 years of experience in chemical industry
