Product Test Consultant

Job Summary

As a Product Test Consultant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare software solutions. With your expertise in Facets and domain knowledge in Provider and Payer you will contribute to enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during day shifts without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for healthcare software solutions focusing on Facets modules such as Enrollment Benefit Configuration Claims and Provider.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of system functionalities.
• Provide expertise in TriZetto Elements to enhance testing processes and improve software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing of CAE and Enrollment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Provider and Payer to tailor testing strategies that align with business requirements.
• Implement best practices in software testing to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.
• Ensure that all testing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools to keep pace with industry advancements.
• Support the development team by providing insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of testing processes.

• Demonstrated expertise in Facets modules including Enrollment Benefit Configuration Claims and Provider.
• Extensive experience with TriZetto Elements and CAE showcasing ability to optimize testing processes.
• Strong domain knowledge in Provider and Payer enabling tailored testing strategies.
• Proven track record of leading testing efforts in a hybrid work model ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
