Utilize Facets to ensure product compliance and efficiency in the Claims domain
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct thorough testing and validation of product functionalities to ensure quality and performance
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues ensuring timely resolution
Develop and maintain documentation for product features processes and best practices
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology
Participate in product strategy meetings to align development efforts with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and deployment
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Drive initiatives to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications -
Demonstrate proficiency in ANSI SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Showcase expertise in .Net for developing robust and scalable applications
Exhibit strong knowledge of Facets for effective product management in the Claims domain
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Display ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model
Have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
