We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Owner WorkSite Ecosystem (Field-to-Cloud) to lead the transition of our machine-to-machine and machine-to-cloud functionalities.
Historically managed by CTCT, you will help define and execute the strategy that empowers our members to take ownership of these critical capabilities.
By building a robust roadmap of implementations and deliveries, you will enable our members to double down on their connected workflow offerings, securing our market leadership at the site level.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Partner with Product Managers to break down high-level roadmap items into actionable quarterly plans, aligning technical capabilities with site-level market leadership.
Product Discovery & Lifecycle Management: Lead feature discovery, definition, and analysis. Translate complex technical requirements into clear, high-quality user stories and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Sprint & Team Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver sprint outcomes. Act as a mentor, coaching other team members to uplift agile capabilities.
Global Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executing wider organizational priorities and leadership decisions across global teams, specifically bridging alignment between Chennai and WECO partners.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Domain Expertise
IoT & Cloud Connectivity: Deep understanding of Field-to-Cloud ecosystems, including Machine-to-Machine and Machine-to-Cloud functionalities.
Connected Workflows: Experience defining and scaling workflows that connect physical site operations with cloud-based platforms.
Vendor & SOW Management: Proven ability to provide oversight and governance for Statement of Work (SOW) delivery teams.
Product & Agile Excellence
Product Ownership: Strong track record in product discovery, feature definition, backlog refinement, and writing crisp user stories.
Agile Delivery: Good knowledge of Scrum/Agile frameworks, with a focus on value-driven sprint planning and predictable delivery.
Data-Driven Analysis: Ability to leverage data and technical insights to prioritize effectively and conduct thorough UAT.
Leadership & Collaboration
Global Team Leadership: Experience working with and leading distributed, multicultural teams across different time zones (e.g., US, NZ, India).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to translate leadership decisions into execution and manage expectations across various organizational domains.
Growth: A collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and developing team members, as well as continuous self improvement and career growth aspirations.
