Job Description

Lumel is inviting applications from 2026 graduating freshers for its Star Hire Program. This program is designed to onboard high-potential engineering graduates who demonstrate strong coding skills and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.

The selected candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web and enterprise applications.

Eligibility Criteria

BE / B.Tech graduates in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT)

Graduation year: 2026

Key Skills Required

• Strong programming fundamentals (Data Structures & Algorithms)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in either:
• React.js (Frontend development)
• .NET / .NET Core / C# (Backend development)
• Rust
• Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) is a plus
