Job Title : Product Architect(ISG)
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our insurance products ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities :
Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu to meet business requirements and improve product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead the architecture and design of complex systems ensuring high performance reliability and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities and streamline processes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture design and implementation processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements and drive the implementation of new features.
Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate external solutions and services seamlessly.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Support the deployment and maintenance of solutions ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to business activities. Qualifications -
Possess extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter PCF and Gosu demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
Have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance with a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and standards.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Show a proven track record of successfully leading architecture and design projects in a fast-paced environment.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
