Position: Procurement Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Requirements

Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma.

2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, Purchasing, or Vendor Management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Experience in preparing Purchase Orders and comparing vendor quotations.

Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

Strong follow-up and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

Knowledge of ERP/procurement software will be an added advantage.
