For this role we require deeper, hands‑on experience leading enterprise‑wide business process optimization initiatives,

presentation skills and facilitating cross‑functional workshops with senior stakeholders.

International stakeholder management at scale and senior‑leader engagement

Facilitation experience for process discovery/mapping sessions

Practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools beyond theory

Governance and Standards: Setting process standards, aligning stakeholders at an enterprise level, and driving end-to-end process ownership.

Breadth and autonomy in managing multiple optimization projects end‑to‑end

Discovery and Root Cause Analysis: Leading workshops focused on uncovering pain points & RCA
