The Opportunity

To enable organizational excellence by managing and enhancing the IMS framework, promoting quality culture, coordinating process compliance, and delivering accurate performance insights that support leadership and strengthen HVDC’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

How Youll Make An Impact

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), responsible for Process management processes application.
  • Preparation and update of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation, rules and governance. Ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders within HVDC, PGGI.
  • Collaborate closely with HSEE to ensure compliance of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation rules and governance system.
  • Drive Process Leader responsibilities for IMS Support and Process Management process. Plan, maintain and if needed provide process and IMS related training/training material/certifications. Follow-up statistics and feedback and act if needed.
  • Support implementation of global processes throughout organization via establishing a seamless IMS system, support the organization in the management system, process management process and mapping related questions.
  • Build/prepare simple and efficient reporting files for efficient data handling, co-ordinate Process/Project audits and follow up on action plan.
  • Data analysis and publish reports to the Global Organisation identifying the gaps. Facilitate Forums and if needed workshops with Process Leader.
  • To improve Quality culture through regular interactions with Line Managers, to lead and coordinate the Quality activates across HVDC.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • You hold a bachelor degree B.E. / BTech in Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical.
  • Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Quality tools and methodologies including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma concepts.
  • Proven experience with Business process management processes.
  • Proficient in English with Excellent communication skill to interact with personals at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Capability to work with different time zones. Its an advantage with multi-culture experience.
  • Proactive, Self-Motivated and Flexible.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a readiness to take a new initiatives.
  • Good communication skills.
