Ability to implement correct governance and stage gatinge. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple parties.
• Technical skills Experiencea. Well versed with the tools and technologies in use (see below)b. Implementation of formality and documentation for configurationc. Exploitation and leveraging of available tools and technologiesd. Tech leader, suggesting new tools and ways of working to support team
• Automationa. Ability to understand and oversee the automation in use b. Review and input to both scripts and toolsc. Review of automation quantity and effectivenessd. Strong advocate for automatione. Experience with low-code and no-code solutions and environments
• JD:Similar (but not necessarily the same) as what we are doing in EU for RaterEssentially based on quote details (Business address, assets to insure, claims history etc) an underwriting decision and price will be returnedSo for underwriting, based on inputs, it is positive and negative testing of the Accept/decline rulesFor pricing, based on the inputs, it is testing that the correct algorithm is utilised, and the correct premium applied.
