Job Description

• Lead development of next-generation biocide and microbial fouling control technologies for global industrial applications.
• Design and validate Legionella detection and mitigation strategies, ensuring strong scientific and regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation from concept to commercialization, including formulation, prototyping, field validation, and scale-up.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to deliver technical solutions and strengthen product portfolios.
• Mentor scientists, contribute to patents and publications, and support global technical leadership initiatives.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

PhD (7-9 years) or MS (10+ years) in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering with strong experience in antimicrobial and biocide technologies. Solid background in microbial fouling control, industrial microbiology, and product development from lab to commercial scale.

Experience supporting field trials and working with industrial customers, preferably in water treatment or process industries.
