Job Summary

As a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow HRSD you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that enhance our HR service delivery. With a focus on innovation and efficiency you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our processes ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to enhance HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with existing systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify potential risks and areas for enhancement.
• Oversee the deployment of updates and patches to ensure system security and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans for infrastructure growth and scalability.
  
  

• Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and its application in infrastructure development.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Show excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
• Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD.
