Job Title: Presales Specialist

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a Presales Specialist with a strong business background to support business development through bid management, proposal development, and sales enablement activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing winning proposals, managing tenders, understanding service offerings, and creating client-facing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Bid Management, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Tender responses.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, solution documents, and commercial submissions.
• Understand service offerings and collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Create and maintain sales collateral, pitch decks, capability presentations, case studies, and marketing content.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Delivery, and Leadership teams for timely proposal submissions.
• Maintain proposal repositories and continuously improve bid quality and response efficiency.
  
  

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Presales, Bid Management, Proposal Writing, or Tender Management.
• Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
• Exposure to enterprise service lines such as Digital Transformation, ERP, Cloud, Data & AI, or Managed Services is preferred.
