Job Description

Review Program direction/Order Guide letter to establish program details, production dates and feature availability, rules for features availability summary codes and option packs

To determine the Vehicle Engineering/Marketing description based on marketing team input.

Review the PDL/Order Guide and understand the change content requires feature rule Calibration

Maintain ordering tables in line with specified market requirements and system rules adherence

Liaising with Program, Scheduling, Plant and vehicle engineering teams to achieve launch data enablers

Liaising with marketing teams on potential improvements to order guide process

Hotline Support for program teams: Supporting expediting the process, in case of any critical requirements.

Responsibilities

Coding & maintaining PDO (Product Definition and Offer), Maintenance of Order tables in line with Product Direction Letter (PDL)/Order Guide issued by Program Offices.

Develop and maintain VIN definitions and maintain seamless update across systems and cascade to cross functions adhering to launch timelines

Update and maintain Single order edit and Order table, including homologation tables to support launches

Qualifications

Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

Willing to work in North America zonal timings

Exposure to automation and AI/ML knowledge is implementation would be added advantange
