Power Platform Developer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile professional (4+ total experience) to drive digital transformation by developing end-to-end solutions. In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, and BI), Dataverse and SharePoint to build complex business applications and high-impact data visualizations that streamline operations and inform strategic decision making.

How Youll Make An Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models in alignment with brand guideline, design and develop complex Canvas Power Apps with integrated Power Automate workflows, using SharePoint, Dataverse (Data modelling), or SQL as backends.
• Lead the development lifecycle independently to supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing change requests with full traceability, able to Create complex KPIs, performance scorecards, and analytical visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Write optimized DAX measures and M queries for data transformations. Integrate and prepare embedded reports in SharePoint, PowerApps including automated refreshes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and convert them into solutions in Power Platform.
• Manage dataset refresh schedules, RLS/OLS security, and performance tuning, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all the systems in line with external & internal regulations, & guidelines.
• Able to Troubleshoot issues in the existing PowerBI & PowerApps.
• Document dashboards, data models, and processes for future optimization.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• You hold a degree in B.Tech / MCA.
• 4+ years of experience PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate development with strong skills in DAX, M Query, data modeling, SQL, and RLS/OLS security.
• Experience in SharePoint integration, complex KPI creation, and large dataset optimization.
• Experience interfacing with platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
• Nice to have AI/ML concepts and Azure analytics tools.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills.
