Playwright SDET

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regression and production testing, with hands-on expertise in automation using Playwright and TypeScript. The role involves API testing, front-end testing, and ensuring high-quality releases across environments. Experience with Angular applications is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript
• Perform comprehensive regression testing and production testing before and after releases
• Execute and automate API testing
• Conduct front-end testing to ensure UI functionality, usability, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify test requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution
• Ensure test coverage, reliability, and performance of applications
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience in API testing (RESTful services)
• Experience working with AI testing (MCP, RAG/LLM, Agentic AI)
• Solid understanding of regression testing and production validation processes
• Experience with front-end testing methodologies
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
