Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to ensure the safe dispensing of medications and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling prescriptions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines as per valid prescriptions with accuracy
• Review prescriptions to ensure correctness and avoid drug interactions
• Provide proper guidance to customers/patients on dosage, usage, and side effects
• Maintain and update inventory, including stock replenishment and expiry tracking
• Handle billing and maintain records of sales and prescriptions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies
• Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and internal teams when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy store
  
  

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and medical terminology
• Good understanding of prescriptions and dosage calculations
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• Valid Pharmacist License/State Registration (Mandatory)
  
  

• 15 years of experience in Retail/Hospital Pharmacy
  
  

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
• Strong ethical standards and professional conduct
