To manage the convergence of the carry-over/carry across rate after the Pre-Contract
Educational Qualifications
BE or Master in Mechanical / Plastic Engineering with Automobile knowledge
Relevant Experience
6+ years of experience with a technical background in particular commodity in Interior / exterior trims parts / Body / Seats / Platform components development.
Major Responsibilities
Monitoring the Function Group:
Makes the part-to-part or equipment-to-equipment schedule
Monitors the GF activities (schedules the meetings, GF deliverables of which the monthly instrument panel…)
Defines, frames and contributes to the decision of technical solutions created and validated with the Development team, allowing to accomplish the QCDP objectives
Creates the QCDP and considers the results and GF forecasts (for the serial life monitoring of the eco plan) with respect to the schedules.
Monitors the achievement of the milestone results
Creates and monitors the necessary task-forces
Monitoring The Development Operations
Indicates and deploys the QCDP objectives in view of the design and request for bid and allocation of the suppliers
Monitors the entries/exits between the Development team and Design, and monitors the Design feasibility with the Development team
He/she is responsible for the representativeness for the parts digitisations in compliance with the project milestones
Assists in creating the typical packaging sections, input data for the DMDR and producing digitisations
Manages the execution of documentary deliverables & makes specify the BOM managed in SIGNE/G2B
Based on the Development team does the technical documentation and CAPRO RO process(Renault):
CAPRO: Co-signed by the Metier team and PFE
RO: Prepared by the PFE and presented to the signatories by the PFE
Files for change: Signed by the PFE and/or Metier Team
He/she is responsible for adherence to the document milestone for his/her scope
He/she is the only leader to whom the LUP/Q-Base questions of his/her scope are allocated. He/she reports their processing progress. Ensures in resolving the questions and monitors its application to the vehicle
He/she is in charge of the quality of his/her development:
Ensures the scheduling of ANPQP expectations and specifies the expectations for intermediate milestones
Coordinates and monitors the development based on the ANPQP procedure, ensures the documentation of SI ANPQP by different GF participants
Monitors the relation with the supplier by links with the Purchase Department:
Ensures that the RNTBCI input data is provided to the supplier
Contractualize the development schedule, production schedule (PSW) with the supplier
Ensures the convergence of the expectations for PSW
Ensures that the suppliers results of the POEs (purchased-out part) in his scope are obtained based on the Development team. In the case of him validating the results, documenting the database of the ANPQP monitoring
Ensures that the RNTBCI participants validate the supplier results following the defined Who does What
Assists in signing the CRAPP so the SQF (Supplier Quality Department) signs the PSW (Part Submission Warrant)
Ensures compliance of technical standards by the supplier based on the Development team
Defines and ensures the proper representative level of the prototypes and the IOD (definitive off-tool part) with respect to the project milestone
The project PFE/Shatan & serial life mass production share out the carry-back & carry-over developments
Monitoring The Validation Operations
Defines the generic validation plan for the project
Monitors the progress of the validation plan in REVS/CADICS
Reports about regulatory requirement integration level
Ensures, with Quality cells of his metier, the Safety Experts and Validation Synthesis Leader:
The identification of safety risks in his scope
The creation of risk clearance associated plan by Development team
The production and validation of design file by the Development team
Manages the risk clearance plan with the Validation Synthesis Leader/Fit & Finish
Monitoring The Industrialisation Operations
Ensures the start-up responsibility (link with Startup Function Group, AVES (Alliance Vehicle Evaluation System) convergence) and to make it compliant with his scope
During serial life mass production: Monitors in detail the application of modifications with the Product Industrialisation Leaders/PE with respect to the programming the chain of modification after the validation done by Comodif/CVE
