YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a qualified Order Management expert to be a part of our company.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Order Management and Logistics Analyst ensure timely order fulfilment, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role requires coordinating with various departments, optimizing logistics operations.
• Proficiency in ERP - SAP modules is mandate
• Validation and Processing Customers Orders. Modification and Cancellation of Orders Process Returns.
• Creation of delivery and shipment documents and integration with load building, mode planning and route optimization steps.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
