Oracle Project Manager

Summary: The Oracle Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Oracle products and methodologies, aimed at boosting operational efficiency and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, covering business processes and technical components.
• Define milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities in collaboration with workstream leads.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate corrective actions as necessary.
• Implement and manage project governance structures and reporting arrangements.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain records of decisions and actions.
• Manage project scope, risks, and changes effectively.
• Coordinate resources, track project expenditures, and forecast budgets.
• Organize testing and business readiness activities, ensuring all processes are coordinated efficiently.
• Execute go-live plans and manage hypercare post-implementation.

• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven track record in managing project plans and governance structures.
