Job Description
Medical Records Retrieval Specialist to help us process patient records. In this role, required to access EHR/EMR and retrieve medical records/medical charts as per mandate provided. You will also respond to release of information (ROI) requests, logging all requests, authorizations, and releases in our system. As part of this role, you will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
Medical Records Retrieval Specialist Duties And Responsibilities
- Retrieve patients electronic health records (EHR / EMR)
- Rename, index and save retrieved MR/MC in designated system/folders as per Taxonomy .
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
- Organize and file medical records appropriately.
- Ensure daily targets and quality are met.
- Seamlessly work with multi country teams
- Graduate ( Any major / Non-Technical)
- Basic computer skills
- Fair English Communication skills.
