Network Engineer

"Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise network infrastructure, routing & switching, security, and data center networking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting large enterprise environments and be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, highly available network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure across enterprise environments.

Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPNs, and threat prevention features.

Deploy and maintain Radware Load Balancers to ensure application availability, performance, and high availability.

Manage and troubleshoot DNS infrastructure and related network services.

Support Cisco Data Center technologies, including switching, VLANs, routing, and network segmentation.

Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams during project delivery and production support.

Prepare and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, SOPs, and configuration standards.

Participate in change management, maintenance activities, and on-call support when required.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.

Experience configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls.

Experience with Radware Load Balancers.

Strong understanding of DNS and enterprise network services.

Experience with Cisco Data Center networking technologies.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, ACLs, VPNs, NAT, and network security.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise (CCIE is an advantage).

Palo Alto PCNSE/PCNSA certification.

Experience Working In Banking Or Other Large Enterprise Environments.

Exposure to network automation using Python or Ansible is desirable.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
