Our Digital Marketing experience in North America is currently undergoing an exciting and significant transformation to build an all-new automotive consumer experience in a rapidly evolving digital world. Were bringing together a team of world-class strategists, innovators, creators, and leaders to achieve this vision.

We are specifically searching for a Digital Marketing Analyst, North America Digital Marketing who will play a key supporting role in this transformation. This position focuses on unlocking the full power of our Product Data Management platform focusing on North American Vehicles & Processes to fundamentally transform our relationship with regional stakeholders and enhance the digital consumer experience.

As the Digital Marketing Analyst supporting efforts in North America Digital Marketing focused on product data, you will be a critical member of our team. Your primary responsibility will be updating our latest product data to directly drive and elevate the consumer experience, while also ensuring accurate and timely product information is available for downstream systems and stakeholders.

This means youll be deeply involved in analyzing crucial data points, including product specifications and pricing information. Youll work collaboratively with product managers, regional stakeholders, and IT teams to guarantee that product information is not only accurate but also specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the North American market and align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

To update the latest information about Product configuration, prices and images in the North American websites for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

  • Interact with the respective stakeholder to get the latest input documents for the models to be launched.
  • Update the tracker for the requests and amendments received.
  • Report the progress of the Project using reports, Dashboard and tools.
  • Keep an keen interest in process improvements through technical / automation perspective.
  • Coordinate with the supporting stakeholders for the digital assets and site setup.
  • Verify the inputs performed by the authoring analyst to ensure quality output.
  • Receive approval from the respective stakeholders for publishing the models.
  • Enable supporting contents for Inventory and E-Commerce requirements.
  • Maintain compliance and control documentation for managing audits & reviews.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including to Senior Management and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies (Power BI, Excel).
  • Clear understanding of the input & requirement received from business team.
  • Updating the Market site with the latest info as per the target/launch date provided.
  • Troubles shooting in case of issues identified in the IT platforms.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in commerce with 3 years or above / business management with minimum Of 1 year experience is preferred
  • Masters degree in business management is preferred.
  • Any exposure to marketing and digital platforms with basic automobile knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at different time zones.
  • Knowledge of MSOffice suite is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on night shift on the need basis.
  • Location is Chennai Only, Should be flexible to work as per Fords Work arrangement policy mostly 4 days in a week from Office
  • Candidate should be flexible to support any latest work arrangement policies set by Ford
