We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, accounting operations, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial management, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance while supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing process.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.
  • Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis for management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and commercial finance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Reporting
  • Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
  • Financial Statement Preparation
  • Internal & Statutory Audit Coordination
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • General Ledger and Account Reconciliation
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Financial Controls and Compliance
  • MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • CA with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
