Job Title: Microsoft CRM Functional Resource
Experience: 5-8 years
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft CRM Functional Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM implementations, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and will play a critical role in enhancing our CRM capabilities to drive business success. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM functionalities, business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM functionalities, including sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Functional Design: Develop functional specifications and design documents that outline the CRM systems capabilities and enhancements based on business needs.
User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
Data Management: Oversee data migration and integration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM system and recommend solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful development and deployment of CRM enhancements, including customizations and integrations with other systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate CRM functionalities and ensure they meet business requirements before deployment.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in CRM functional roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques for CRM systems.
Knowledge of additional CRM platforms or related technologies is advantageous.
