Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and technical transformations. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and people management, with accountability for designing scalable F&SCM solutions, driving delivery excellence, and building high‑performing technical teams across large enterprise programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Act as the technical authority for F&SCM implementations, providing architectural direction across Finance, Trade & Logistics, and Commerce domains.
  • Participate in the full ERP system lifecycle including analysis, architecture design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major and minor releases.
  • Design, develop, and review solutions using X++, C#, SSRS, BI, and .NET technologies, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Create, review, and govern technical design documents, architecture models, and integration patterns aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead data migration strategies and execution using DIXF, third‑party tools, Atlas, and custom-developed frameworks, including AX to D365 migrations.
  • Architect and oversee integrations using web services, OData, SOAP, REST, JSON, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, and custom client-server solutions.
  • Drive Azure-based solution design including Azure services, Azure SQL, and native cloud patterns.
  • Oversee environment strategy, ALM, release management, and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps, build pipelines, and LCS.
  • Manage performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization within D365 F&SCM environments.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, performing code reviews to ensure quality, security, reusability, and adherence to design standards.
  • Plan and manage resources, timelines, and technical risks, ensuring successful delivery across large, complex programs.
  • Serve as a key technical stakeholder for internal and external partners, clearly communicating solution direction and trade-offs.
  • Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
  • Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and AX 2012 with strong hands-on architecture and development experience.
  • Proven capability to act as Solution Architect while managing delivery teams and technical workstreams.
  • Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, SSRS, BI development, and Visual Studio.
  • Extensive experience with integrations, data migration, and cloud-based solution architectures.
  • Strong understanding of ERP security, performance optimization, and efficient code reuse patterns.
  • Experience working in large transformation programs with distributed, onshore–offshore teams.
  • Excellent planning, estimation, prioritization, and decision‑making skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also

The following capabilities are preferred and strengthen success in the role:

  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Experience working within Microsoft LCS framework across the project lifecycle
  • Strong exposure to industry-specific ERP processes and best practices
  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations concurrently
  • Valid Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and/or MS SQL

What We Look For

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and AX 2012 technical design and development.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations (minimum 5 preferred).
  • Experience managing and mentoring development teams while remaining technically hands-on as required.
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, and ALM practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / MBA).
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
