Role Description

The MICE Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves driving sales and business development for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, creating tailored MICE proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. The individual will also stay updated on market trends and represent the company at industry events to promote services.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, account management, and client acquisitionExperience in Event Planning and Execution, including proposal creation, budgeting, and logistics coordinationStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsOrganizational and Multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines effectivelyKnowledge of the MICE industry and understanding of travel and event management trendsProficiency with CRM software and other tools for sales and client managementBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in sales or event management roles is an advantage
