Key Responsibilities:

• Design engineering templates in e3 tailored for portfolio items such as SWBD, SWGR, FCLVS for use by order engineers.
• Convert mechanical models (STEP, DXF files) from CREO and integrate them into the ZUKEN library.
• Develop sub-circuits and mechanical assemblies in e3 based on project requirements or configurations.
• Establish standardized working templates in e3 with options and variants to enhance efficiency for order engineers.
• Manage project-specific mechanical assemblies in physical arrangement sheets containing both 3D and 2D configurations.
• Provide support and maintenance to order engineers for customization or project-specific adjustments.
• Due to the high customization of power distribution panels, configure them effectively in ZUKEN through robust R&D.
• Continuously update all mechanical components in alignment with manufacturing updates and changes.
• Support Various Automation Plug-in with required attributes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-5 Years experience in mechanical design of sheet metal components.
• Knowledge of components and assemblies for low voltage electrical apparatus.
• Basic knowledge on Switchgear & LV Panels.
• Ability to design using Pro-Engineer Creo 2.0, AutoCAD, and Zuken e3 will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design requirements and specifications.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, fits and tolerances.
• Ability to provide optimal technical solutions to customer’s requirement.
• Provide support & resolve issues of the engineered product.
