MDM Architect

Job Description

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled MDM Architect with an experience of 10 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in defining and owning the overall MDM architecture, including data models, workflows, integrations and governance.
• Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end MDM solutions using leading MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, TIBCO EBX or equivalent).
• Exposure in developing data integration strategies with source and target systems such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and DWH.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders for establishing data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of leading data modelling, entity resolution, hierarchy management, and metadata management efforts.
• Familiarity in establishing best practices for data acquisition, cleansing, enrichment, and golden record creation.
• Sound understanding of compliance with enterprise security and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Experience providing architectural guidance during MDM implementation, migration, and performance tuning.
• Exposure in collaborating with enterprise architects and cloud teams to integrate MDM with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Dataflow).
• Ability to mentor technical teams on MDM architecture, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.
