India Warehouse and Stock Keeper Operations

Responsibilities

• Working safely and ensuring a safe working environment for others
• Inbound - Receive, check, process and put-away all inbound shipments
• Outbound - Order Picking, Pack and Ship the goods as per loading calendar
• Update and maintain the integrity of the SAP MRP Stock Control System
• Transport booking based on m3
• Material delivery forecast to site team based on DN information
• Packlist and transport detail communication to site
• Follow-up with site team and close all the GR on time
• RCA and action plan submission for dispatch discrepancies
• DG goods storage and maintenance as per chemical risk matrix
• Maintain MSDS for all DG goods
• Export worthy packaging of goods as per customs regulation
• Periodic Cycle Counting, annual Stocktaking and Waste Management activities
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Knowledge and experience in SAP
• Knowledge of dangerous goods
• Knowledge in vehicle placement planning
• Knowledge in export standards
  
  

Competencies

• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible to meet the new requirements
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Good knowledge in Safety Practice & maintaining documentation
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
• Ability to manage the shopfloor team
