Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester who can thoroughly understand applications, create effective test scenarios, and ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Mandatory Requirements (Important)

• Strong technical and manual testing skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for daily communication with the Finland‑based team.
  
  

• Create and execute manual test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Understand applications deeply to identify defects and improvements
• Report and track bugs clearly until resolved
• Work closely with developers and product teams
• Help improve testing quality and processes.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on manual testing experience
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Prior experience in automation testing is an added advantage
