How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Mgr-Tech Project Management, you will be required to leverage technical knowledge to drive delivery of multi-disciplinary programs across technical, regulatory, and business requirements—from beginning to end, translate business objectives into execution strategy, anticipate, track, and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments to project delivery.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Certifications in project management methodologies is preferred
• 8+ years in program delivery and project management
• Experience with Agile/ SAFe/ Lean methodologies a plus
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities and teams

• Technical knowledge sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems design
• Ability and aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly.
• Working understanding of major coding languages to track delivery challenges and support solutioning
• Experience writing technical documentation
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with technical dept
• Strong understanding of organizational, product, and industry standard metrics.
• Ability to leverage metrics to diagnose problems and improve delivery
• Ability to collaborate across teams and able to build and leverage strong working relationships and bring different opinions to consensus
• Understanding of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Ability to manage the post-production processes, drive quality, and implement testing best practices
• Technical problem solving and issue-resolution abilities
• Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
• Strong understanding of interconnections between various business priorities
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.
• Strong ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority
