Mission of the Role: Be OEM’s supplier of Choice through Execution Excellence by delivering highest value to shareholders

Key Objectives of this Role: Program Delivery on time & with quality content.

Key Performance Indicators: Flawless Launch of the program on schedule/Meeting EBITDA & IRR of the program/Prototype delivery on time to customer/Gate Review on time/Ontime Risk Escalation

Key Year One Deliverables: Flawless launch of the program on time, within budget with required quality Parameters. Good relationship building with customer for business management.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Experience in automotive product life cycle
• Experience in SW project deliveries, product launch, design, purchasing, supplier quality, Program Management skills
• Experience with different customers (OEMs)
• Manage Cross – Functional Team
• Create customer-focused strategies and value propositions
• Possess fundamental product knowledge
• Internal communication of program / business risk and status
• Launch of new products consistent with customer requirements
• Single point of contact for Program & cascade customer requirements to Project Team
• Accountable for Program profit and loss
• Accountable for negotiating the scope of new business with customer
• Lead and manage delivery, resource planning, launch coordination, change control, Project Part Tracker, and single point of contact for customer
• Identify potential issues in advance and coordinate mitigation action
• Accountable for profitability improvement through control of design changes
• Lead communication with customer during program launch
• Leading gateway reviews as part of program managementKnowledge of Cluster & Infotainment is added advantage
