Position Overview:

The Manager – HR Operations will be responsible for managing core HR operational processes at the corporate level,

ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across employee lifecycle activities (excluding onboarding). This role will

lead the HR Operations team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless

employee experience.

Job Purpose:

To manage HR operations for the organization, including employee data management, HRIS administration, exit processes,

compliance, and policy implementation. The role will focus on operational excellence, governance, and continuous

improvement while leading a team to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Employee Data & Lifecycle Management


  • Oversee maintenance and accuracy of employee records in HR systems for transfers, promotions, and personal details.
  • Manage exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and coordination with Payroll for full & final settlements.
  • Ensure timely updates of organizational changes in HRIS and related systems.


HR Systems & Process Administration


  • Ensure accurate maintenance of HRIS and related platforms for employee transactions.
  • Drive automation and digitization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system workflows and resolve issues in coordination with IT and vendors.


Compliance & Governance


  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to employee records and HR processes.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and audit standards; address any gaps proactively.


Policy Implementation & Communication


  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Communicate policy updates and operational guidelines to employees and managers effectively.


Employee Query Resolution


  • Oversee resolution of HR operations-related queries (HRIS, documentation, policy clarifications) within defined SLAs.
  • Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction through timely and accurate support.


Reporting & Analytics


  • Prepare and share HR operations dashboards and reports on employee movements, compliance metrics, and process


efficiency.


  • Provide insights to HR leadership for process improvements and decision-making.


Team Leadership & Capability Building


  • Lead and manage the HR Operations team, ensuring adequate staffing and skill development.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:

Education:


  • Essential: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related fields.


Experience:


  • 6–8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle management


(excluding onboarding).
