The LMS Administrator / LMS Champion will serve as the key functional expert for the MyLearning platform within GA-INOPC. This role ensures smooth LMS operations, provides governance-compliant support, guides administrators globally, and supports business functions in deploying learning initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, deep LMS experience, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Manage day‑to‑day administrative activities in MyLearning including course creation, updates, class/event scheduling, curricula setup, certifications, and transcript management.
Maintain data accuracy, course availability rules, audience groups, and learning assignments.
Support administrators across BUs with troubleshooting and queries.
Ensure compliance with LMS governance, processes, global guidelines, and release changes.
Perform user access reviews, external user onboarding steps, and support Saviynt-based access workflows.
Act as the first point of contact for BU/Function learning needs.
Guide, coach, and supervise other LMS administrators in GA and cross-functional units.
Coordinate with global LMS teams (e.g., Paul, Michalina, Sara, etc.) to align on updates, issues, and change requests.
Participate in Q&A sessions, admin community calls, global awareness programs, and hypercare cycles.
Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, identifying learning needs, and supporting transformation initiatives (e.g., Sakura+, LMS replacement projects).
Use Power BI / LMS Reporting 2.0 to support reporting needs from managers, auditors, and business users.
Build and support custom reports when required, assist audit requests, and provide learning history extraction.
Validate data and collaborate with global reporting teams for enhancements.
Collaborate with HRBPs, BU Learning Representatives, Trainers, and Program Owners for training rollouts.
Support content owners in updating course materials, branding, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with global LMS team for issue escalation, release validation, and UAT cycles.
Ensure adherence to global governance policies, certification review cycles, and catalog accuracy.
Monitor course expiry, certification renewals, admin access cleanup, and external user processes.
Support platform migrations and blackout-period activities (e.g., old-to-new LMS transitions).
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
8–15+ years of total experience; minimum 5+ years hands-on working experience with LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred).
Strong understanding of LMS governance, admin groups, training plans, curricula, certifications, and reporting models.
Experience coordinating with global and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with supporting external users, onboarding flows, and platform integrations (preferred).
