Daily comparison of DocLoader transaction log to determine which Documents have been created in the LMS compared to the on-hold requests for those Documents
Help desk ticket resolution and phone call support
Reporting – Managed Reports, Customized Reports
Evaluations/Surveys (MTM) – set up data entry, reporting
Role Request Management
Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting
Additional Abilities
Be able to multitask and be able to prioritize work requirements
Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others
Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change
Must be highly customer service driven and team oriented
Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision
Education/Experience Required
2+ years work experience within a customer service field utilizing hands-on use of computers, data entry, Internet, and email
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
SumTotal knowledge preferred
Experience working in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry preferred
