Profile Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Test Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across software products and platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, driving automation, ensuring product quality, mentoring QA teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions across Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, and traditional software platforms, ensuring reliability, accuracy, security, scalability, and responsible AI compliance.

This role requires strong expertise in test planning, automation frameworks, quality processes, and modern Agile delivery methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

AI & Agent Testing Strategy

• Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies for AI/ML products and agent-based solutions.
• Establish quality frameworks for LLMs, RAG applications, copilots, and autonomous AI agents.
• Develop evaluation methodologies for:
• Accuracy
• Hallucination detection
• Grounding validation
• Agent reasoning quality
• Tool invocation correctness
• Workflow reliability

Test Strategy & Planning

• Define and implement overall testing strategy for projects and releases.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution schedules.
• Identify quality risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional and non-functional requirements.

Test Execution & Quality Assurance

• Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Coordinate defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes.
• Validate software releases against business and technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Test Automation

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Increase automation coverage for web, API, and backend applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve test efficiency through automation and innovative testing techniques.

Performance & Security Testing

• Coordinate performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Support security testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure system reliability under expected and peak workloads.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor QA engineers and test teams.
• Conduct test reviews and quality audits.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Provide regular status reports, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA practices.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs.
• Promote shift-left testing and quality engineering practices.
• Introduce industry’s best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or Agentic AI platforms.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and governance.
• Experience testing enterprise AI solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ML model lifecycle and MLOps practices.
• Certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI, or ISTQB Advanced Test Management.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in test automation framework design and implementation.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• 3+ years leading testing teams or quality engineering initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
