Lead Stibo Step Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Stibo Step Developer with 8-12 years of industry experience to drive end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Stibo STEP modules and a strong understanding of MDM/PIM architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
• Drive end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations across project lifecycles
• Design and configure STEP data models, workflows and related configurations
• Define and implement workflow designs, setups and variant creations
• Architect and design scalable PIM solutions aligned with business needs
• Apply MDM/PIM best practices throughout development activities
• Utilize STIBO monitoring and reporting functions to ensure solution health
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Product and Customer MDM initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
• Understanding of Product and Customer MDM
• Proven track record of driving Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations with strong exposure to STEP data model, workflows and STEP configurations
• Knowledge of STIBO solution tool functions and out-of-the-box features
• Expertise in workflow design, setup and variants creation
• Familiarity with STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
• Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design
• Proficiency in MDM/PIM best practices and development
