This is a permanent role with a Pre-Seed funded company in B2B SaaS domain, a valued client of HyrEzy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of core features within our observability platform utilizing Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture.
• Utilize Redis and PostgreSQL databases effectively to build scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS for robust service delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert mentoring software engineers to adhere to best coding and architectural practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improved CI/CD and containerization workflows.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
  
  

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience working with Microservices, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Proficient in building scalable, performant APIs and backend systems aligned to SaaS product requirements.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and operational best practices to ensure system stability.
• Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in agile environments.
