How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Lead a team of testing experts to define testing scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
  • Implement and maintain testing processes conforming to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure readiness for new product introductions.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of testers and fixtures to minimize downtime.
  • Drive improvements in quality metrics and false call reduction through actionable KPIs.
  • Manage training, resource allocation, and performance reviews for team members.
  • Coordinate with global teams for fixture development and calibration activities.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration for test signoff and customer investigations.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree or in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Electro Mechanics)
  • 10–12+ years of experience in test engineering or validation roles
  • Familiar with test methodologies and quality systems
  • Experience with test automation and test frameworks
  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Experience in leading improvement projects for cost-saving
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a global environment

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with structural equipment like SPEA FPT and Keysight ICT
  • Good understanding of RF knowledge and instrument handling
  • Knowledge of GR&R and CPK methodologies
