Lead Engineer - Engines AD

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibility:
Diesel Particulate filter (DPF) Calibration, development and validation
Key deliverables: 
Developing and validation software functions, calibration and dataset release for DPF.

Functional Competencies

1) Basics of DPF
2) Good undertanding of Diesel Engine and after-treatment calibration
3) Understanding of DPF software flow and calibration
4) Exhaust after-treatment basics 
5) AIS 137 regulation understanding
6) Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking
7) Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities 
8) Calibration – having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.
9) Basic understanding of how to interpret software documentation and software flow diagrams for DPF

Experience

Mtech (with 2 years min. experience) to Btech (with 4 years min. experience)

Industry Preferred

Automobile

Qualifications

BE or ME (Mechanical, Automobile)

•   Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of  Quality tools, DFMEA, Design Reviews & Project management
