Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Copyeditor to join our team. As a Senior Copyeditor, you will effectively handle the quality assessment and challenges within the group on a day-to-day basis.

What You’ll Do (Roles And Responsibilities)

• Assess the deliverables of the respective group for the day
• Review articles based on customer/editor competencies
• Quantitatively assess the teams performance
• Conduct daily, weekly learning sessions for editors based on the assessment report
• Report weekly update on the health of the group/any other challenges
  
  

Skills Required

• Excellent team player with an eye for detail
• Ensures the team members are comfortable to handle the assigned tasks
• Understands the strengths and weaknesses of the group and finds ways to optimize the strengths
• Willingness to take up new responsibilities and volunteers to take up training sessions
• Welcome new initiatives and is a frontrunner for the group to follow
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Example: Masters degree in life sciences/technology/humanities.
• 4+ years hands on
