KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai KBS team, as a KANZ NBS Offering & Sales operations specialist. The NBS Offering Support is responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, release updates, and issue resolution across KANZ sales and digital tools, including Power BI dashboards. This role ensures sales tools and reporting dashboards remain accurate, up-to-date, and fully functional — enabling frontline teams to sell efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

What will you be doing?

Sales Tools Releases & Updates

Execute sales tools updates and configuration changes aligned with global KTOC releases (NBS, FRB).  Currently this is done twice a year.

• Affected tools included but not limited to Car Designer, Tender Letter Gendoc, Click & Send, KONE Studio
• Support end-to-end KTOC pricing testing, validation, and deployment across Australia and New Zealand
• Coordinate release readiness activities and ensure tools are updated
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new releases, tool updates, and dashboard changes before go-live
• Validate pricing outputs, configurations, document generation, and dashboard data for accuracy
• Document known issues, workarounds, and release notes for frontline communication

Tools Maintenance & BAU Support

Provide ongoing support for issues as they arise for the KANZ sales tools portfolio. Frequency is ad hoc as required.

• Act as first point of contact for sales tool and dashboard issues reported by frontline users
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve tool-related and Power BI problems in a timely manner
• Create and manage Jira tickets for issues requiring Global/KTI team support
• Track open issues through to resolution and communicate status to affected users
• Escalate critical or systemic issues to the Sales System Manager or Offering Deployment Manager

• KONE Studio & KONE Car Designer
• GENDOC
• Tender Letter, Mobile Discount, Click & Send
• MiniSpace / Global MiniSpace
• LeadEngine (BCI–Salesforce integration)

Power BI Dashboard Maintenance & Updates

• Update and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Apps as needed, ensuring data accuracy.
• Refresh data sources, fix broken queries, and resolve Power BI data refresh errors (e.g., OAuth failures, Formula. Firewall issues, gateway connectivity)
• Coordinate with data owners and IT to ensure data pipelines (Salesforce, SharePoint, Dataverse) remain connected and up-to-date
• Manage Power BI workspace access, report distribution, and row-level security (RLS) as needed
• Document dashboard changes, data source mappings, and known issues for knowledge continuity

Are you the one?

• 3-4 yrs of experience. With prior experience with KTOC, KONE Studio & KONE Car Designer, GENDOC, Tender Letter, Mobile Discount, Click & Send MiniSpace / Global MiniSpace, LeadEngine (BCI–Salesforce integration) will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and solid data management skills
