Junior Sales Executive In Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve service sales targets for service contracts, maintenance, modernization, and repairs.
• Assist in executing strategies to expand the service business within the assigned area.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned existing clients to support retention and satisfaction.
• Log customer queries, concerns, and complaints, and escalate them to the right team for timely resolution.
• Learn customer needs through site surveys and meetings, and share inputs to align service offerings.
• Prepare service quotations and proposals under the guidance of the Manager, Service Sales.
• Participate in contract discussions and negotiations alongside senior team members.
• Check that proposals follow customer requirements and company pricing policies before submission.
• Maintain the CRM and sales trackers.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams on service delivery and contract execution for assigned accounts.
• Follow up on contract performance, payment collections, and renewal due dates for assigned customers.
• Complete the company's training program on elevator systems, service products and sales processes.
