Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior MDM Developer with 3–4 years of experience in application development or data management to join our Master Data Management team.

In this role, you will contribute to the configuration and development of TIBCO EBX solutions, support integrations with enterprise systems, and assist in implementing data governance and stewardship processes. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders, learning to manage MDM solutions independently over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, and development of MDM solutions (Preferably EBX).
• Implement and maintain data models, workflows, and user roles under guidance.
• Develop basic Java code for validations, business rules, and UI customizations.
• Provide AMS support by handling data steward requests, incidents, and ensuring stable production operations.
• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
• Help maintain data quality and governance processes, ensuring consistency across systems.
• Troubleshoot basic EBX issues and escalate complex problems to senior developers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Write and optimize basic SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
• Gain exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and integration practices used with EBX.
• Continuously learn and adapt to enterprise MDM processes and functionalities to align with evolving business needs and enhance solution effectiveness.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in software/application development or data management.
• Experience with Java for scripting and customizations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is important.
• Understanding MDM concepts such as golden record, data quality, and data governance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are important.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• TIBCO EBX Certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and deploying EBX on AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience in data migration strategies and tools.
